1.房間的燈設定不合理，半天找不到開關
2.wifi也是，就一個牌子放在桌子上，一進門行李就放桌子上擋住了，找遍全房間都沒看見密碼
3.物品價目表放的位置倒是很顯眼，但經歷了前面兩個事情後，要找的東西沒找到衹看見價目表就給人一種很摳門的感覺
4.床頭插座太少，大床房竟然只有一側有多餘插座（一個插的床頭枱燈），還只有一個孔，沒辦法一起充兩個東西，更重要的是插座離床太遠，線不夠長的根本沒辦法躺床上充電玩。
5.整體服務不夠智能化。
